Barnes Jr., and Thomas J. Welsh, we are rapidly growing and committed to the development of long-term client, resident, and vendor relationships in Philadelphia and its surrounding areas.  The rental process can be difficult but with Apex Properties you can prescribe your desires and we will provide you with information on available properties that we have to suit your needs.   Once you move in, if you have any maintenance needs, Apex Properties is available and will respond promptly to ensure that your home is kept in the best shape and comfort level possible.
